Tried their chicken biryani. The biryani was average, the chicken was good, but the rice was filled with cloves and cinnamon. The quantity was generous. The staff were good, and the restaurant was clean. ♿✖️ Entrance is not wheelchair accessible. 🚻✅ Has well maintained restrooms.

This is a review regarding the restaurant section of the hotel. Went there to have lunch today. Had fish curry meals. Meals was average. Not too good but not bad either. Overall a good place with ambient car parking and dining facility Recommended..

Don’t know about the rooms and stay. But have visited for breakfast once. Have a very bad experience with respect to the service. All the suppliers in there are trained to forget the orders they are taking and one need to remind them multiple times for the items ordered. And the delay is horrible which actually makes the place crowded with people waiting for their food indefinitely. Even the glass were water is served was soiled. Happened to cancel the order partially because of their mismanagement .

We visited hostess restaurant for lunch 2 times...Most of the items on menu are not available. Only meals, chicken biriyani and chapathi/ porota.. taste is not that great. Netholi fry was good. Service is very slow, especially if the place is packed with customers. Looks like they have less staff and all will be running around without clarity on which table ordered what item. A glass broke but it took staff 3-4 reminders to clean that up. Place was clean enough and washrooms were okay although, on both days, there was no soap in the soap dispenser

Conveniently located besides the Kottayam-Kumily Highway. The hotel has plenty o f parking space and a good ambience. However, the are short-staffed and we had to wait a very long time for get a clean table and a longer time for our orders to be taken. The servers are mediocre and go about their jobs with very little concern for the customers. The food is just about average, with plenty of room for improvements.
