I Went here with my family to eat out dinner. We ordered no veg and veg players with 3 drinks and desserts for 2500. The food was terrible no flavour just added extra spices. Service of waiter where good but the chief needs to be fired. Chief seem very untrained individual with least knowldege of cooking. pathetic experience

Yesterday ONAM CELEBN CONDUCTED BY MALAYALI ASSOCIATION......DJ SYSTEM PROVIDED BY THE RESORT WAS UTTER FAILURE.....MIKE WAS NOT WORKING,...EVEN THEAND THE MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THE DJ OPERATOR , NOT TO UP THE VOLUME , WHICH AFFECTED OUR ENJOYMENT......

A very nice ambience and best staff one can ask for . Very nice rooms above the expectation and very neat and clean. The food was very delicious and class apart. We were there for a family stay but the way we were treated was not less then a star hotel.We called the room service twice and within a minute the person was there at my door step. Very happy and satisfied with the services , staff and Hospitality

The place is really amazing and the staff is really helpful and involved with the customers. I went there with my mother and a toddler to stay for almost a week. The staff has taken amazing care of them while I had to be at office entire day. I had to ask for some medicines and fruits for the baby from outside and I was provided with the same in really short time. The food is also great. Ambience is beautiful. I specifically really loved the salads prepared here in the kitchen. The room service is also great and really fast. They have tried their best to make our stay comfortable. I'm very thankful.
