My recent stay at Hotel Aakriti Clarks Inn Express in Bareilly had its ups and downs. The rooms were indeed great in terms of cleanliness and comfort, but the lack of windows was a notable drawback. This absence of natural light and a view made the rooms feel slightly cramped and less inviting. On a positive note, the restaurant at the hotel served fantastic food. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall dining experience was delightful. However, I do feel that the service throughout the hotel could use some improvement. The staff, while friendly, seemed somewhat disorganized and slow in attending to guests' needs.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel, they allocated an additional room under my name and charged me for it despite it not being booked under my name, also gave the room booked under my name to someone else and as if this wasn't enough, they put two mattress on the floor and checked in my guest. This level of incompetence and the unjustified charge is highly unsatisfactory and truly mind boggling.

We had book many rooms for 26-jun to attend a weeding function.the booking was done through EaseMyTrip and entire amount was paid in advance. However on the given day this hotel did not deliver half the rooms and even did not refund the money paid. These people should not be in business. I wish they close down soon. Matter to be referred to consumer court.

The location through "google map" is wrong. Hotel is located behind satellite bus stand and above vishal mega mart. Room was spacious and clean, although there were some dust on tables. Staff was polite and kind. Some more dishes should be added in buffet. Taste was "Ok". Price is bit on higher side with respect to facility. We stayed for a very short period so cannot say much about the hotel.
