Worst and pathetic experience in this hotel. Starting with Staff: 1. Receptionist does not even know how to manage things, they keep you waiting to provide basic needs like bedding and all. In fact i saw, there was a delay in Room check-in for many families over there when i was at reception. Staff is rude(specially Receptionist Santosh over there), he doesn't even know how to speak and accept their mistake of making things delayed. 2. Stealing: One of the hotel staff stole the stola of one of my family member and we caught her while she was roaming wearing it. Informed the hotel about the same and they provided us back. Food: 3. Food is good but late service of bringing the food at the table makes a bad experience of having lunch over there. In all Rooms: 4. Most of the washroom of the rooms are smelly and had to call house keeping time to time for the freshener. In all above 1 good thing was Mr. Tiwari - Manager , he was co-operative throughout and embarrassed at the same time due to his staff behaviour. He is courteous and sensible . So, This star is for him only. Location of the hotel is good. However, overall experience was very-very bad. I really do not recommend this hotel to stay.

Pathetic hotel worstever services. Rusted fittings and mirror in washroom no fridge in room as they show in their room details on all websites. No shower gel no moisturizer they provide dove shampoo pouches for washroom. Unprofessional staff like staff of cheap hotels in front of railway stations. No buffet for breakfast in you include in your booking only poori sabji is provided as breakfast. Worst over stay in this price range. Stay away from this hotel if you want a good and pleasent stay. They are not even provide facility and services like a normal Oyo hotels but charging for rooms as 3 or 4 star property. In last my experience is pathetic
