Being an experienced traveler, I have stayed in many different hotels, but my most memorable hotel stay to date is the one I had a few weeks ago. I could tell I was going to be in for a treat as soon as I went through the doors. Nestled in the center of Agra, the hotel's position offered easy access to all the major sites. It was just ideal. I had little trouble integrating myself into the local way of life thanks to the lively area that surrounded the hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly and accommodating. They treated me like a valued guest from the moment I checked in, with a warm and welcoming greeting, to the attentive and customized treatment I received all throughout my stay. Any demands I made were fulfilled right away.

The hotel provided a comfortable and clean stay with spacious rooms and modern amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our visit. The central location allowed easy access to popular attractions and dining options. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious choices, enhancing the overall value of the stay. Overall, it was a delightful accommodation that exceeded our expectations.

Only one thing good about this is the rooms they are decent. Highly disappointed in staff behaviour specially reception they need way how they can charge. Who on earth charges 1000/- for key card. If the customer has lost key card definitely liable to pay but 1000/- seriously. Plus the cost of food definitely on the higher side. Book with high caution here…..

Very cheap level service. All staff is working here only for Tip. There are 5-6 people saying good buy to u by the car when you are leaving but when we entered we put our luggage inside ourselves. Restaurant staff is very mean and rude. We have food restrictions so we booked in advance but they didn’t bother providing us any single service for it. We had to find from whatever was available. We used it 2 times and both times we felt like they want to kick us out as soon as they can. Staff hold us at front until they checked our room. Worst experience of this trip.
