Giving 2 stars for breakfast and room service. But had some smell in the bathroom since they kept lots of naphthalene balls for the cockroaches. This smell is not tolerable. I would suggest them to use room fresheners.

Hotel rooms are just like Match box, even Dharamshala or road side hotels rooms will be much better then this property. All rooms having very bad sealen and bad smell

Very poor service of the staff...They are all very rude to the customers... They don't answer the calls and also send wrong food items in online order... they never give any solution like others.. Other restaurant gets the correct order delivered in minutes... Hotel amber doesn't value it's customers at all. Very dissatisfied...
