The Check-in was hassle-free however overall experience was Below Average. 1. Location of the hotel is in a small Gali in market. 2. Hotel doesn't have Kitchen, so no food is available. Also, nearby there are few hygienic places to eat Like Bikanerwala, One south Indian restaurant nearby bank. 3. Hygiene is 0 as I stayed for 2 days and there was no Room cleaning service post checkin till checkout. Even after informing the same, there was no cleaning done. 4. Safety standards are way too weak as compared to the location of the hotel. Although there are security cameras. 5. They charge you for water bottle as no water was provided from hotel's end. 6. Room wasn't ready while I checked in the hotel. 7. In name of Toiletries, they give you 2 clinic plus shampoo packet (1 rs) and one 5 Rs. local soap (not even Dettol). 8. My room's AC suddenly started loud noise in the middle of the night and I made a video of the same too. It's not worth to spend the amount they charge you to stay. 1 star just for roof over head

We spent 2 nights over there. And we found the rooms are comfortable to stay but Washroom is little untidy. Service to the customer is okay okay from front desk. Karolbaag market is just 5 min walking distance from here. Overall, its satisfactory experience.

Pros:- well donnected, easily reachable/locatable, staff nature fine. Cons- small rooms, no food, ac not very good, low cleanliness, overpriced, inside a gali although well connected but still im not a fan of hotels in small dingy alleyways, water only n only bisleri that too chargeable so basically not even free water which was a way too much of turn down for me. Would only n only recommend if u want place to sleep in mid of city otherwise go for another option.
