Communication gap between OYO and the hotel, Room are so ugly, Hotel people found an error to loot the amount from customers by asking the hard copy of proof.. Most of the time we have a soft copy. Receptionist is so harsh, not customer friendly.. I strongly recommend people to away from this hotels.

The rooms were dirty. They don't care about the customers. Asked to pay full payment but the rooms were not as per the money I spent. No TV no table to have lunch or dinner. The food quality of the restaurant was the worst. ac was not working. They said the tv recharge is expired. Took the entire day to recharge the DishTV and end of the day said dish has the problem.

Most Wrost hotel. Illegal work happens here. They doesn't allow who really wants to stay, only allows people who wants to stay only for 1-2 hours, you know what i wanted to mean. I booked from Mmt, but after reaching the hotel they denied to checkin, i called customer care, they wanted to talk with the hotel reception, but they even not agreed to talk as well. In my opinion, for hassle free experience, never book this , never ever. Bad , wrost, terrific experience.

First of all the main important thing is there have a hidden camera in the rooms and washroom. Try to use app for detecting cameras in the rooms. What happened is we are while watching a video. Why can we try the app in this room and tried. The results are... they have hidden cameras in room number 201. May been in other rooms also present. We told the safe to the staff. staff are very rude to customers. Since we are a group boys checked in.. so no problem.. what if any couples or family check in. So dont book any rooms in this hotel. Be careful at this hotel.

All OYO hotels are doing the same mall practice of pulling the guests to the hotels by offering offer prices and once they reach there, the hotel manager says, booking was not received by them or either they say that original aadhaar card is required. Even if everything is right from our end, still they dont agree to the price and offer pathetic rooms for the more price than agreed. In my case, they charged me an extra 300rs for AC, although my booking was for AC room only. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE with OYO or any other site with offer prices, and DO NOT PAY in advance. If you pay in advance you are gone, they wont accept the price or ask you to pay additional cost for AC or offer you a third class room with dirty AC and stupid fan.
