Very good people. Good food. Clean rooms and toilets too but found couple of cockroaches aside bedroom Need small place to dry clothes. Need big and small vehicles for pick and drop from airport. Also need small food service at night as shops are closed outside have to sleep empty stomach and Wait till morning 7:30 till the food counter opens. Else all is Good.

My experience with this room booking service has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite booking four rooms and making an advance payment of Rs. 2500 for an auspicious day (muhurtam) well in advance, I am now being coerced into canceling my reservation. The reason provided is a bulk booking from the airport, which they claim will render the rooms unserviceable during the muhurtam day. This seems like a manipulative tactic to accommodate another customer at the expense of my prior reservation. Moreover, when I requested a refund for my advance payment, they are conveniently delaying the process by citing the unavailability of their accounts team due to Pongal, withholding my payment for the last three days. If you value peace of mind when it comes to booking accommodations, I strongly advise against choosing this service. My experience has been nothing short of a disappointment, and I would caution others to consider alternative options to avoid unnecessary hassles.
