One of the worst hotel, I ever stayed in my life, where to start, I stayed there for 3 days, so its not that, i have been there for sometime and crticising. staffs weren't responsible they even scolded and abused with foul language on our interns entered into one hall. management isnt care about your request and feedbacks. Hygienic is wort there, i have spent 2k on my doctor bills, just because i drank a water provided by the hotel. So, my request is that, dont stay there or book there for any occasion.

Unclean rooms, stained bed sheets, dirty furniture greeted us when we got into the a/c standard room. You are charging 2600/ for a single night, at least provide SOME services! Even the window panes had years worth of dirt accumulated that has never been cleaned. The AC vent doesn't close on its own, you have to manually push it up! The pillow covers had clear stain marks and the comforter had small bugs all over! The chair was unclean and had big chunks of dirt mark on them. We got a stinky smell the moment we got the door opened. The door knob was broken as well. The service boy was busy on his phone while we were checking out and didn't even bother to help a lady guest, a little bit lifting her suitcase! He had to be reminded of his job! Highly unprofessional. It was a stop gap stay to catch our flight back, that's why even with all these, we stayed. More important reason was, I already paid up-front. Don't let the reception area and the front look fool you. From outside it looks like a 3 star hotel, but once you are in, it's lower than a roadside motel.

Used to Board this Hotel in Bhubaneshwar while having month end meetings while working for Nestle in 2002 - 2004. Best Location, Service, Food. All Nestle Team used to Board here. All nearby amenities available.

Very pathetic experience with The Reception, Hotel does not keep proper records of check in check out, please be aware!!!! Receptionist took hours to locate booking extension which could have cost me loosing my train, didn't care even the least, for early check in online they have no provision and tariff is very high compared to service. Plus very insensitive behaviour towards non odia people. Bad bad bad!!!!
