1. Restricted Entry Hours: It was inconvenient for us as tourists to have a fixed entry time of 11 pm, especially when exploring distant places. While we appreciate security measures, having more flexible entry timings would greatly benefit guests who wish to explore the surroundings. 2. Post-Check-Out Payment Requests: After the check-out process, we were surprised and disappointed to be approached by your staff requesting additional payment. We had already settled our bill and found this post-check-out request both unprofessional and inconvenient. It is essential for guests to experience a seamless check-out process without unexpected payment requests. Furthermore, we encountered a situation where, upon indicating our intention to check out a day earlier, your staff suggested an additional payment without clear justification. This kind of practice is not only confusing but also creates a negative impression of the hotel's professionalism and transparency. (Note: If guest is satisfied with service they can give the tips but no-one can't force for the tips they shouldn't ask again and again) We believe such incidents significantly impact the overall guest experience, and we trust that you will address this matter promptly to ensure the smooth and transparent handling of transactions during and after guests' stays. 3. Hot Water Facilities: While we appreciate that there are hot water facilities, the inconvenience arises from the need to inform the staff before 10 minutes to turn on the geyser. In the winter season, guests often require hot water throughout the day, and limiting its availability to only 1 to 2 hours can be quite inconvenient. Additionally, on more than one occasion, we experienced issues with the morning hot water supply. Despite requesting the geyser to be turned on, it was only operational for a short period, and subsequently, it was turned off unexpectedly. We believe reliable and continuous hot water availability is essential for a comfortable stay, particularly during colder seasons. We kindly request that you address this issue promptly to enhance the overall experience for your guests. 4. Quality Rooms at Affordable Prices: The accommodations provided at Hotel Pons exceeded we expectations, especially considering the reasonable pricing. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered excellent value for money. *5. Impressive Room Services:* We would like to commend your staff for the exceptional room services. Their professionalism and promptness contributed significantly to making our stay enjoyable. It's evident that your team is dedicated to providing a high level of service. 6. Convenient Location: The hotel's strategic location near the bus stop, beach, and various restaurants enhanced the overall convenience of our stay. It made accessing key areas and attractions effortlessly easy. 7. Flexible Food Policy: We appreciate the flexibility regarding outside food. As the hotel does not have its own restaurant, allowing guests to bring in outside food is a thoughtful approach that accommodates diverse preferences.
