When u book take written confirmation. Breakfast serves at 0900 am which is not suitable for visitors. Bathroom doors are not. Properly shut. Location wise it is good . You can get food at the nearest. No lift is available.

The hotel Location is good but in most rooms, there are two separate beds joined along two separate mattresses this is very irritative at night. Also, no proper drinking water and no telephone available in the room they said to call from your mobile. And one more thing is one of the male staff who wears glasses is very arrogant.

Exercise caution when making reservations at this hotel. I paid for an AC room, but after two hours, a service personnel informed me that the room was non-AC. The hotel staff then requested additional payment for an AC room. The service at this hotel is subpar; I would advise against staying here.

My brother's family and his SIL families had booking till Nov 4 to 6th. They had bad experience here. Insects, rooms lock and washrooms were not working. When they complained the owner she said "you could have vacated the room at night 3:30am staff would was there to pick the payment". Also, receptionist guy was quite until payment was done on Nov 5th. As soon as payment was done he is behaved rudely. Better shutdown than troubling the customers.
