Good hotel,polite ppl,neat and clean, housekeeping staff really good, location almost in heart of city, good for ppl on business/ work trip. One thing they need to work on is morning breakfast, which to my mind is jussst ok not good

Nice place to stay. Good rooms, good bathrooms. A/C in my room was not working properly. I waited for Almost 4-5 hours but room didn't cool down. I asked reception to change my room as I was feeling uncomfortable due to heat. To my surprise, they changed my room within 10 minutes and gave me room which had new A/C. I am thankful for their prompt response. I earlier had very bad experience regarding A/C related complaints in my previous stays in other hotels.
