Hotel was fine but as per the budget facilities not that good. I stayed for a night. Washroom was fine but jet was not working. There was frequent power cut and the hotel didn't have any power backup.

Booking this hotel been our biggest mistake and baddest experience in Nainital. All the good comments for this hotel seems unauthentic. We were asked to submit our original ID proofs till the check out. When we denied to do so he asked us to talk with booking agency. We were already exhausted with our travel and he made us trouble for another 2 hours. We were extremely shocked to know that rules made by this hotel person are superior than any government rule in India. This owner made us so uncomfortable that we felt unsafe too. He doesn't even have proper equipment what a hotel should have at reception like computer screen, printer etc. It was more of a PG accommodation, but even we are not supposed to submit our original documents with PG owner. I don't know what wrong with this person. Finally we are thankful to GOIBIBO that after knowing and understanding our situation they cancelled our booking with this hotel and they arranged a better place to stay for us. This experience was so disappointing and unbelievable that we were not able to maintain our trust till the time we reached to another hotel. We were in dilemma for some time that are we at safe place or not. Last I want to say this hotel person Ankit (manager) to have some knowledge about hotel services and customer satisfaction. Serving Hospitality is the biggest motive of hotels. And leave all this, at least have some humanity. Don't know how you can put someone in such a trouble situation. WORST HOTEL....pls don't think to check in this hotel....

Hotel rooms and the lakes view from balcony are nice. Rooms are in a budget, you just need to go some offtrack from the Mall road to get the good deals. Try to book room only by visiting the place physically because in the monsoon season rooms get wierd smell of Seelan.
