Room are very costly. They are taking benefits of situation and in peak time prices are doubled. Even we are regular customer for this hotel, but they dont bothered it and asked a double price which i paid.

We gathered for a meeting at the hall on the ground floor. The ambiance of the hall was good. Hall was well maintained. The seating arrangement is good. AC was good, but AC will be switched on after the scheduled start time (No pre cooling) and will be switched off before the scheduled end of the meeting. With respect to the food served, the quality of the food is not up to the mark and not satisfactory.

The hotel has became very old with dark corridors and dirty carpets,no concierge service,sanitary fixtures in the toilet are difficult to operate,the furniture inside the rooms are worn out and very old. Room service,spread and taste of the breakfast in the buffet is good.Especially the dosa master is making very tasty variety of dosas. In general the accommodation facility is not worth for money and much disappointing. Since they demand and collect a major portion of money through advance amount while booking there is no choice left for the guests to take any alternate decision.

Hotel rooms are very spacious and near and clean. Room service is also good. Car parking and entrance not good enough considering the hotel location. Security also not available in the hotel. The reception team needs to provide good attention to their guests. Just they are doing entry work, nothing they are doing other than that. No one available to drop us the room. We have to find the room and have to find everything ourselves.
