The location is beautiful, but far away from the main town. So you should consider it only if you have a private vehicle and don't rely on public transport. We were 5 people who stayed in a family suite with balcony. This was in off-season. The suite had a big balcony with a master bedroom and an attached bedroom. The balcony and the bathroom could be accessed only from the master bedroom. The attached bedroom had a small window with a beautiful view. The room service was prompt. We were provided bottles of clean water, and did not have to shell out money on buying packaged water bottles, which is a big plus also from the sustainability point of view. The staff was polite and professional. The food was delicious. We ate dinner also from here, and it was also good and very reasonably priced. There were only two negatives: one, the refrigerator in the room was quite noisy and we had to switch it off. Two, since we were five people, we had requested for an extra mattress. The bed sheet that came with the extra mattress was not clean.

Wonderful location of the hotel on the outskirts of palampur so you will get a mountain View right outside the windows. Loved the food and room service was great. Would definitely book again and recommend to all who wish to visit Palampur and live in a scenic location.

We booked the property for a wedding. All the arrangements the food , staff everything was really great and well organised. The staff was really helpful and was on their toes all the time. All in all it was a really good place to have events. Would recommend this place to everyone.

This hotel is situated on the Palampur- Dharmshala highway so reaching here is easy task. Sufficient parking available inside the hotel. Decent Hotel for stay around Palampur. It's around 4 km away from the main palampur. Warm welcome and friendly staff makes your stay comfortable. Rooms are fine, most of them have view of farm and adjacent village view. Few rooms have view of mountains. Food is good and have plenty of options to choose from.
