I will rate 1star because the reception men (he is old like age of 50 or more) he has 0 manners how to talk with a guest. While I went for an inquiry about room, he quoted me a rate of 2.5k for 14hr stay. I request that old man to make it till 1.6k he didn't agree and later he quoted 1.8k for 14hr And I sincerely requested him to make it 1.7k But the reply was so rude, that It won't happen and "I don't want to give u" I was like BC this is a way to speak with a guest And 5min later I went to make a deal at 1.8k The old man told that the room is sold out he has accepted booking on call And it was totally fake. And seriously I am from this Hospitality industry and I know in how much at what time to room get sold So Mr old man 1st learn how to speak with guest and later on work on reception or own the hotel And don't claim 3star hotel, 1st learn the SOP

Small hotel but the room we got was neat and clean. Not very sound proof rooms. Outside noise is not there but your high voices can be heard in the lobby. The reception people are good. There could be car parking issues though due to space, but the staff helps in this. You will have to leave your car keys at reception if your car is parked there as they might have to move your car to get other cars out of parking. Extremely close to Maninagar railway station. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant.
