The experience was not so good as it was expected. We paid 6k for two days but no wifi was provided after complaining multiple times. Washroom shower not working, and there was sync between the day receptionist and night staff. We booked the rooms for two days and suddenly one morning one of the staff asks us to vacate the room. Later on it was sorted but was expected. I might have opted ginger resort or sarover portico where services are far better. The experience was not good and I will never visit bali resort again in my life.

Nice rooms and amazing view from the balcony. It is located at very peaceful location. Food is ok, but services are very good. Staff is very helpful. Enjoyed my stay at Bali Resort.

Excellent room for Family. Neat and clean wash room and clean bed sheet. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. High quality rooms and high quality service. Also they were really helpful and allowed us to check-in in the morning. We took the family room and it had two double bed and two toilets in a big room. Good comfortable stay. Hot water is available 24/7. Staff are cordial and humble. Overall: 4.5/5 Room:5/5 Cleanliness:5/5 Hospitality:4.5/5 Food:3.5/5
