I generally do not give such negative feedback. But this property irked me from the beginning. Placed on prime location. Not disabled friendly. Be prepared to climb up steep stairs. Dirty bed sheets and towels. Rooms are not clean. Cigarette ash in the drawers. Cockroaches and mosquitoes all around. Shady to some extent. Rooms have window but with a backside dirty road view. The very reception area is quite clumsy and no smiling face. Even at 9 am the restaurant is still been cleaned and washed. Did not feel like having breakfast. Intercom does not work.

It's perfect for one night stay near Bhubaneswar Railway station. Food is very good. It is from their in house restaurant Narula. Breakfast option was not good . They don't have buffet. Whatever you want Rs 120 will be deducted per person from total bill. They arrange cab for travel and help you with luggage. Rooms are big and bathrooms are super clean. Rooms don't have view . Dark rooms.

I've stayed in here for at least 7 times since 2017. Food quality is very good as well as staff is quite helpful. Room having quite large space, i would suggest the travellers to stay in here. Also tariff for AC rooms are quite affordable. The combo-thali one must try if staying in basera. The restaurant is attached to hotel you can order it in room as well as have it in the restaurant. There is scope for hotel management to improve the quality/ambiance of hotels.
