Stayed with Family in this hotel in Nov. 23 for 2 nights. It was amazing experience. Location is good. Parking could be issue but manageable if you speak to hotel in advance about it. Hotel is brand new, rooms are good too. I must appreciate the service standards here. Im working in a service industry and understand meaning of how the service quality should be. Staff is really helpful and polite. Both days we couldn't do breakfast in hotel and both mornings they packed nice hot breakfast for us as early as 6.15 am when their breakfast opens only at 8 AM. We all enjoyed our stay. please do stay here if you are looking for good reasonable hotel with good quality service. Thanks

I will rate it satisfactory only. While checking in we found both the receptionists a little rude. We requested for the child bed as it's already included in the plan but they refused to support although later on their manager somehow said to co-operate. For the next 2 days we managed somehow for our request. Found staff money minded & hospitality is below level. So plan accordingly. Secondly the cafeteria in charge is found to be non supportive & you will get a feeling why you come to the cafeteria area. Really unhappy faces will not let you enjoy your food properly. Anyhow we were almost outside so we did not interact so much & had our nights only for 3 days. Recommended only for bachelors...

The Hotel is at very nice location, almost all site seeing place are nearby. They also provide E-Cycles Rates are very moderate Food is delicious, and the breakfast has a variety of food. Only problem is that, they don't have a covered parking for our vehicles

Its great hotel & staff is very good.. I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout my visit. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered stunning views of the city. The hotel's amenities, including the rooftop pool and on-site dining, added to the luxurious experience. Overall, it was a memorable stay that exceeded all my expectations. AASIFA ON reception counter is too good
