Fabulous location, we were welcomed very warmly and the car was valet parked which was important as it was cold and raining. We were offered a warm drink and a comfortable place to sit while the formalities of check in were completed. We didn’t even have time to finish our drink before we were offered an upgraded room at no extra cost. WOW! The room was spacious, beautifully dressed and we were shown our own private balcony with the most spectacular view and this was also very nicely furnished. Everything was as we’d hoped and expected, we received exactly what we paid for. All the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The facilities in the Spa have been cut back to save costs but when we went to use it the place was warmed and treatments were enhanced to ensure we were more than satisfied. we really enjoyed the pampering!!! All I can say is that this hotel and the treatment of their guests is everything you would expect for the price you have to pay. I do often to visit family.

The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the overall hospitality exceptional. The on-site dining options serve delicious and diverse cuisines, satisfying every palate. Located very far from the city although, Hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions and transportation links. It's an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, Hotel l provides a positive and enjoyable stay experience, making it a top recommendation for anyone visiting the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Bikaner Heritage in Jaipur, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel until the moment I checked out, the Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The first thing that struck me was the warm and friendly welcome from the hotel staff. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely interested in making my stay as comfortable as possible. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with all the necessary information provided in a professional manner. The room itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
