The hotel was value for money in less cost, good location but away from Kashi temple around 3 kms. The staff were good but once I checkout from hotel and I request them for lunch they denied to serve me. The boy in the reception told once you checkout then we don’t treat I mean what the heal is this. Customer are god n you are just ignoring customer request I have not faced such type issues in any hotels. This is first hotel who don’t entertain guest after checkout.

Pros : 1. The room was well cleaned and organised. 2. The staff was very polite and well mannered. 3. Air conditioning, lighting and all other facilities were working well. 4. Bathroom was also well cleaned. 5. The location was very convenient. Railway station and Auto stand were situated at walkable distance. Cons : 1. The bathroom was too small. It caused some inconvenience. Rest was good. Recommended.

Worst hotel of my life! Poor hospitality. For 10 hrs early check in we had to pay 100% for 24 hrs booking charges. For late check out of 6 hrs we had to pay 50%. No window, so during power cut you may feel suffocation. Worst and Cheat behaviour of Hotel Staffs. No kitchen, so don’t take breakfast option while booking because it will not be delivered in less than an hour. For drinking water you have to wait for 30 min or so. DON’T BOOK here. There are several other options (hotel/guest house) which can be used for booking.
