One of the unclean hotel I have seen. Closet flush tank not working in the toilet. Bed was untidy. Bathroom is not clean. Reception coming and disturbing our sleep in night asking us to pay dinner bill which they could have collected while check out time. Not recommended.

❌❌❌One of most unclean, unhygienic and worst service provided by hotel And also a arrogant owner Sit on reception and if you complain him about his services he misbehaves you My personal advice never visit this hotel❌❌❌

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!! If you want to enjoy your vacation with family then this hotel is a big "NO" Usually, we book good hotel but due to upcoming holi we had to book this PATHETIC STAY as this was the only last option left hence we booked it for 2 days did not get enough time to read the reviews prior booking. Unknowingly, that our experience is going to be bad. Secondly, Rooms does not match the image shown in the website. It's a very low class hotel. If you suggest them to improve the service in a good sense. They won't like it & will start humiliating you as they are very egoistic. They don't have RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER especially Womens & Elderly people. HIGHLY ABUSIVE ,HYPER, AGGRESIVE OWNERS (FATHER & SON) are MANNERLESS,IMPOLITE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO ETTIQUETTE, CHEAP MENTALITY. They think that they are doing favour on customers by providing rooms. Everything rooms, furniture, electronic devices is in bad shape does not work and is very dirty. No free wifi as they claim & no room service if you ask for it they will tell you to clean on your own & still if you insist they will blame you & pick up fight & will go to any level to win the fight. Had a very bad nightmare experience. Their mindset is not normal.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! OWNERS are highly unprofessional, impolite, they don't value their customer if you pinpoint them about the bad service they will start fighting with you & will blame customer for everything. OWNERS & STAFF both are untrained to run hospitality business. We accidently without looking at the reviews booked their hotel. Rooms are dirty, furnitures are shaddy & too Old. Bad linens were dirty with lot of stains on it. Lots of bugs & cockroaches all over. AC & TV does not work.No room service. Even if you ignore all this, you cannot ignore & forget their arrogance. No respect for women's & elderly people. They are soo aggressive,hyper & abusive that they can even throw customer & his luggage. This you can easily make out by looking at the response of the OWNER on every negative review. VISIT ONCE & you will remember them for lifetime for their abusive, arrogant & bad behaviour.

Not getting any good point as such about this hotel except location. Rooms are only okay condition but bed and bathroom and sofa are of damaged conditions. My leg hurt 3 places by nails are out because of the plyboard damaged one side of the bed. Inside room you will find wires laying here and there and also find damaged electric boards inside room. No wardrobe, will find one open rack type of old model. Bathroom is not that much clean with old type comodo and doors are of 1970 model. Intersting part is the main door of the rooms, you won't find it's safe and the lock is of 1950 model, usually you find this kind of locks in museum only, really it's very different. It's not like a hotel managed by professionals rather only father and son duo, they managed it according to them. The staff's you won't find polite even they ask you to bring your luggage to your room. There is no free WiFi, it's chargeable per device wise. They won't share code but they configure in your device charge is Rs 50 per device per day. Overall if don't get any other options can go here but price is not worth 1800 to 2000 per room.
