They have over charged for a room.I went to this hotel from a reference, terrible experience. Food price extremely costly incompare to quality.they trun-off the geyser at any time and it has controlled from the reception only. there is no electric kettle inside the room. You need to ask for everything whether is towel, soap & doormat also. location wise good but you need climb to reach hotel.if you are going with your family please don't chose this hotel.Very poor hospitality & behavior of the receptionist also bad.

Room services are very bad 👎 I don't suggest this hotel to anybody Don't waste your money in this hotel ... No room heater available In hotel rooms tv connections are not available Hotel staff's behaviour is very bad They don't clean the room daily

5 minutes walk from Mall road. Dont have view rooms but the stay was good. Staff are cooperative and friendly. Rooms were neat and clean. Stayed twice here. But the only disadvantage is it's steep staircases. Visit YouTube channel "Travel Freak Oindrila" for detailed information about this property.
