This week we stayed two nights in this hotel, when we arrived they didn't know about our reservation. In the end, they told us that everything was fine, we went to the room. The rooms are fine, but the reception staff is terrible, 0 friendly, never say good morning, nothing. When we left, they told us that it was not paid. We had made a reservation and it was paid for two nights with breakfast, I don't know if they don't know how to do their job or if they tried to charge us twice. When we were solving this problem it seemed like they were making fun of us. In the end, they let us go, because everything was paid for as we had told them. We do not recommend this hotel, be careful. Expensive and on top of that the reception service was terrible.

It was a nice stay. All the staff are also very good and polite. The food, ambience and cost is also good. Worth staying here.

I had booked 2 rooms in the hotel on 3rd November, 2023 and got cofirmation for our booking and also advance payment for our booking rooms by Agoda for our stay on 27th and 28th Nov 2023. After traveling from Kajuraho by own car, we reached hotel at around 11.30 a.m for check in. We had a rude shock at the reception counter as the staff there informed us we have no booking as all the rooms were reserved for a marriage party. We demanded refund of amount we already paid for which the staff told to get the same from Agoda through which we have booked rooms. Upon our insisting to have contact persons no at Agoda the counter staff provided us mobile numbers which were found to be not existing. We found it unsympathetic treatment by the hotel staff that 4 of us were all senior citizens. And also staff at the reception counter were very rude.

Very good option to stay at Gwalior. Rooms are very luxurious, spacious, clean but it needs pest control. Food was really tasty. Service is also very good. Location is really very good but there is little parking problem. This hotel is 400-500 meters from Gwalior Railway station. Overall I really liked this hotel. Will look forward for another visit...

Checked in for a best value price. Rooms are so good, well designed. Unfortunately rooms where occupied by minute silver fish inscets and tiny cockroachs. Toilet towels weren't cleaned. THE location ain't thay easy to pick up if you are new to the city, but G map will do the work. The breakfast was buffet, but it's literally overpriced per head. If you have to checkout early morning before 8:30pm, then buffet is the only option since they don't have any items in the menu for breakfast. No other restaurants were seen near the vicinity. So that's a deal! NO much parking area is available but can manage, it doesn't have any closed perimeter.
