lack of services, they are not even provide basic things like soap, towel, geyser also not working, food quality also average, tv only few channels recharged just forget anything else. If you asked something they will denied without hesitation. We asked them to check out within Half an hour because of poor services & not hot water in bathroom but they told us to charge 500 for the same. Which is ridiculous. Only good thing is AC working properly. Just because early check in we booked this other wise there are many better options available near there. Even they stop your intercom telephone so you can not call reception and asked for any service. Rooms are also very small. Not happy at all.

very bad hotel, no parking, very rough and rude behaviour, no dustbin in room, no foot pad in room, old bucket in wash room but no mug, split ac but no remote tv and water heater not working not good for stay .

*AVOID WITH FAMILY* The room was good enough. the location was even better but hotel staffs were using vulgar language and way of taking in front of ladies were very rude and vulgar. Rest things are good enough

The hotel doesn’t has any system of taking care of booking. I booked room for my parents a month before the stay. On the day when my parents were supposed to reach I got a call that the booking has been shifted to adjoining hotel which was never the case. On reaching the hotel my parents found that there is only one room and no food will be available. Also while staying in the room the AC was not operational. My parents had to leave the hotel in middle of night and we shifted them to a different one. Worst experience and I would strongly recommend people with family to avoid it.
