They want you to book all the services through them. If you donot the staff is very rude to you and will try to make you feel bad. I kept my family away from the reception desk for their peace of mind. Rooms are not great either they are standard room with below average quality amenities. Only good thing I thought was location. We get transport to get around the city very easily. Still does not cover for peace of mind lost.

Good hotel, descent staff, the staff is active 24x7 is the Good thing. Pure veg hotel but let's you order from outside. It has a bar in there too. Food is good the quantity is amazing. The coffee is fantastic. Location is in the centre of the city Good for both family as well as couples

This is very nice hotel and restaurant. Specifically restaurant department is too goodas foo quality is superb and variety of options are available. Location of hotel is also at very nice place at middle of main market road. Staff and service is also very good.
