I stayed in this hotel for a night with my parents. They had a separate bed for the 3rd member instead of a mattress which I really liked. Talking about the service and hospitality, I would say I feel short of words. Pramod Ji was so helpful in everything, from serving us dinner at 11:30 in the night and going out of his way to bring us ice cream at that hour to breakfast early in the morning (as I had to leave early for an exam), he was humble, polite and friendly. As I was totally foreign to the city, the owner himself guided me through the visiting spots and even drove us to the nearby market which felt like we’re being accommodated as family. The hotel is located near many of the tourist attractions of the city as well as the market. All in all, it was one of the best experiences for me and i would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for a budget-friendly hotel with all amenities.

Pathetic House keeping services , bad condition of carpets in the corridors and stinking rooms. Staff seems to be very disconnected with their own brand, shows weak management here, sad. No body wash in bath rooms and scarcity of towel.Some staff members are very polite others are very arrogant/ indifferent and lazy. Inconsistent work culture, again shows weak leadership here. 5th floor and above are very badly maintained. Worst part is no one seems to be bothered about quality of services. All this shows that even Management is least worried about guests. Wonder how are they doing business in Chandigarh? Please make sure you check rooms before you pay. To sum it Park Plaza property needs seriousness in their business and I would rather blame the top management here, that shows up in the culture down the line. I wish there was someone who does a good job to build quality for a potentially good property.

I went with my wife in this hotel, bedsheets, pillow covers were all dirty, we requested staff to change it but these people were so rude, unprofessional especially the guy name Virender that he said everything is clean and we wouldn't change it, after continuous request they finally changed the bedsheet with burn holes from a cigarette, i asked the guy virender for water and he rudely said it's in jug, when I opened the jug it was all empty and the jug was so dirty. Overall not a place to stay.
