Great hotel in terms of location , rooms , hygiene, food. The food is very delicious in the restaurant. The staff is very supportive and the location of the hotel is also very close to the railway station. Hotel is neat and clean and the rooms are spacious ( from my room experience)

Train was delayed six hours. Arrived at midnight. Friendly welcome. Couldn't be more helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Food available though it's a bit of a mystery where and when. Just ask. Rooftop terrace has a nice view of the Fort and the railway station.

Our stay was alright, but there are several areas that need attention. The rooms have seepage issues that need to be fixed, and the bathrooms could use a thorough cleaning and update. The food was tasty, but the service, from room to kitchen, was not up to par. We even faced questions about ordering another bottle of water. Although the hotel has potential, it requires a significant makeover.

To be Frank, I was a bit sceptical about the hotel but to my surprise I had a great experience. Hotel staff was really friendly. Rooms were big and clean. The hotel also has resturant and food quality is really good. However I feel the quantity is low. The hotel has rooftop restaurant and it has quite a view. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Jodhpur. One more thing hotel has Enclosed Reliance shops such as Reliance Smart, Reliance Trends and Reliance Digital in it which makes it a good location. The railway station is walkable distance from hotel. Main market is also close to the hotel.

I experienced a highly disappointing situation when I arrived at the hotel with my family at 11 pm, only to discover that they had canceled my booking along with two other rooms. To make matters worse, they demanded double the original amount for the same room. Since I had booked through Goibibo, I had no choice but to succumb to their unfair pricing, taking advantage of our late arrival with family. This experience left a bitter taste, and I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this hotel.
