Visited with family for 2 nights. Staff of the hotel was very rude and quarrelsome. Food and service is below average. Sonvir (GM/Manager) has no control over the staff. no respect for female. A dharmshala would be a better place than this property. Despite of repeated complaint they failed to fix the TV. Complete waste of money. Pathetic and mismanaged place in all manner.

Very conveniently located almost right across the bird sanctuary. If you are planning to go bird watching in the Keloladeo Bird sanctuary Bharatpur this hotel is a good location. The breakfast was all right, but we were disappointed by whatever we had ordered thru room service. The rooms were clean and so were the beds and linen.

While the rooms are satisfactory, there is an issue with mosquitoes. Considering the premium rate of 5k for a day, improvements in bathroom cleanliness would be expected.

I went with my husband and parents in law to Bharatpur on 3rd December, 2023. We stayed at Clark's Inn for one night. We were there to celebrate my parents in law's 50th Anniversary which was a joyous and significant event for us. I got in touch with Mr. Sonvir Chaudhary - GM, Clarks Inn Express, Bharatpur. I gave him all my requirements like a customised cake, dinner, bouquet etc. He arranged everything meticulously and took care of the entire event personally just like a family member. We are grateful to him for making the day so special for us. All the staff members were very polite and made out stay comfortable. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to visit Bharatpur. Also, the sanctuary is just 2 minutes from the hotel.
