An awesome to spend your day. Well mannered staff with comfortable and spacious rooms. Good foods with spacious parking area. Prompt room service. Overall a must stay place with railway station just few steps away.

What all can go WRONG if you book a room in this hotel. 1. The central AC is a joke—ineffective even at its lowest temp. and highest fan speed. Our room change request was denied. 2. The deluxe room at Rs.3200/- lacks basics like an electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets. Room service for water bottle takes 30 minutes. 3. Despite being centrally located in Paltan Bazar, the adjacent railway station's noise ensures that you are disturbed whole night. 4. No rain shower, just a feeble handheld one with low water flow, making bathing a chore instead of a relaxing activity. 5. The bathroom wash basin tap isnt fitted properly and as such it will shake while you operate making it difficult to open the tap. 6. Toiletries are as scarce as proper service, with only a thin soap on offer. 7. The charging points are sufficient and well placed but interestingly most doesnt work properly. Don't be fooled by plugging in the charger and thinking that your device is being charged; after a while it will automatically disconnect and you have to adjust it every 5 minutes. 8. The room's lighting, though strategically placed, is marred by dirty shades, creating a gloomy atmosphere. 9. Rotten food horror stories from Google Maps reviews led me to skip both hotel meals, including the complimentary breakfast. 10. The hospitality is simply non-existent; from check-in, you're treated like a burden, and pointing out issues is met with resistance. The unapologetic management compounds the misery, leaving you regretting your decision to stay. There is this big hotel claiming to be a 4 star hotel but hospitality is 0 star. The tone at which the hotel reception will talk to you is simply disgusting although I shut him off after getting so much of irritation. In fact while I was checking in, one RBI official was at the reception discussing about booking hotel rooms in bulk as they had some regional sports meet. What I could see from the hotel reception side was like ' if you wanna take it, take it or else leave.' If a bulk customer is treated this way, I think one cannot expect much for the small ones. Note to the owner of the property: One day you will realise, how the hotel management has ruined your hotel.
