room 11x13 feet, decent size bath. clean. the hotel could not fix a leaking tap throughout my 3 day stay. extremely hard water and soap not effective at all. all fittings are green with sulphate deposits. hot water system is very inefficient as you have to open tap and let water drain for at least 10 min before you start getting hot water. food is veg only but decent pricing and good qty and hence 3star.

Everything was perfect... Clean Rooms, Good room service, very near to Railway station, the only drawback was the price i.e 1900 rs per night. That was a bit over for me. But that's what you get in bharuch as you won't get better quality at cheaper rates.

I had a good experience in this hotel, It was a good two weak stay, Good breakfast facilities and lunch as well dinner. Dinner facilities very fantastic could area outside. Room services and all services are good.
