Good location. Its bang on the main road. The place is also nice and spacious. Has an indoor and outdoor service area. Indoor has dj music and outdoor has pool and dart. Its more of a teenager place. If you are particular about having a good quality time with a group of people, then this may not be the best place. 1. Music is just too loud. We had been there during IPL and they were playing it on a screen “without commentary” but “with loud dj music”. You literally have to shriek to be heard. 2. The staff were mostly nice but service was not prompt. Every time we needed to order something, we had to launch a manhunt for the person attending to us. Multiple people would take the order but not do anything about it. I guess its their policy to not help their coworkers. The person attending to you initially will be the one to help you throughout. And if its rush hour, like it was for us “god help you” 3. We were four of us who usually bill about 4k each “minimum”. Here we hurriedly spent about 4k total and left. Then we hit another place in town which saved the night for us. 4. The balcony seating must be avoided at all costs. Service to that area is literally a kill-joy! Valet parking is available and is free The place is clean Staff “when they attend to you” are nice.

Horrific experience. Never come to this hotel ever even if it is free. Staff doesn't care a hoot for customers. Ordered food does not come in time, you are lucky if food ordered for breakfast comes by dinner. The quality of food is extremely mediocre compared to the price charged. FREE Wifi never worked for all 5 days of my stay in spite of repeated complaints. I was not given the keys of my room for first 2 days because of lost key and everytime i had to go to reception, wait for 5 minutes till some lazy bum came along with me to open the room with the master key. Repeated complaints about choked commode fail on deaf ears. WRT WIFI problem; so called EDP Manager was never available. During the training workshop it was height of shabbiness and utter mismanagement, participants did not have chairs to sit on, had to stand for 15 minutes and so many things which will be like writing a book
