Superb room , staff is very cordial polite , helpful. Delectable food , great service. The Hotel is so close to the Sai temple , makes the stay very very pleasant. Will stay here only henceforth. Recommend all to book here.

Hotel and rooms are good but owner who sits at reception is an idiot. He doesn't know how to talk with a customer and simply pass comment to customers as if he knows everything. You can see other reviews as well where customers expressed similar review on owner.

We had a pleasant stay. Excellent and friendly staff and the manager was very cooperative.The staff arranged local transport very quickly and were courteous. I liked the spiritual ambience and serenity.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Dhantara I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Dhantara, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I have been a repeat customer at this hotel, but my recent encounter has left a lasting negative impression. During my father's solo stay on 12th-13th October 2023, he was subjected to an unacceptable level of mistreatment by the hotel staff. Despite being a loyal guest, he was evicted from his room with no explanation, as the receptionists asserted that "bachelors aren't allowed." The encounter was not only disrespectful but also embarrassing. The discriminatory behavior exhibited by the staff is completely unacceptable and goes against the principles of hospitality. As a family who has previously enjoyed our stays at this hotel, we were shocked by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I urge the hotel management to thoroughly investigate this incident and take appropriate action against the staff involved. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, especially one that relies on the satisfaction of its guests. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Hotel Dhantara based on this recent experience. I hope the management takes swift measures to address this issue and ensures that no guest, regardless of their marital status, faces such treatment in the future.
