Very poor service. Once a customer occupies the room, hardly bother for the requirements. I on business trip has to stay in this hotel but right from check-in to during whole period of stay services were quite pathetic. One day even hot water in the season of winter (December) was not available and on communicating they just said sorry and nothing else. In case you have no other option than to stay in this hotel, then its ok. Else one can definitely find much better hotels in Guwahati with better services and better prices.

Worst place in the Hospitality sector. There is a damp smell in the corridors which irritates the nose throughout your stay. The room service is super slow. The washrooms in the common area is also not clean. This is an old hotel but they have failed to upgrade with time.

One of the oldest and best hotel in town… good that they always managed to maintain the good service and brand all along. This is a must try hotel if you are in Guwahati. Good for stay. They have a bar, Indian restaurant and a continental restaurant and conference meeting places..
