Food is so bad 😞 We booked the hotel rooms for few days and availed the services for the wedding. Pros - The hotel rooms were spacious and the location was close to the wedding venue. Cons - The staff was rude and irresponsible to provide any services. Eg room cleaning, garbage collection. Despite making multiple complaints at the reception, the staff was unresponsive to work on it and at one instance the staff gave a pathetic reply "we have lot other work to do and cant clean the rooms every day", which clearly indicates they are understaffed. - The food quality was not upto the mark. They charged us separately for the high tea (150/person) and didn't even serve the freshly prepared tea. The fritters (which was served everyday indicating fixed menu) served alongwith the tea were also stale and the staff was not yet taking the feedback seriously. Upon asking to change the high tea menu from two fritters per person to something else, the hotel mess didn't have the facility to prepare it. - The morning tea was not served on time and on inquiring, the mess didn't have the sufficient stock of the milk packets. In order to serve our guests, we had to get the tea from somewhere else. - The owner and the person in charge don't take up the responsibility and instead put on the customers for not raising the concerns on real time basis. If you are running a chain of hotels, learn some basic hotel management skills.

My family and my all guest stay in elite peak for our marriage purpose, I booked hotel for 3days, our stay really very nice , food and services is very nice staff also help full., again I thanks for elite hospitality

Hotel Elite Peak is a gem! I had such a wonderful time during my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated and had a lovely view of the garden. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and I enjoyed using the fitness center to stay active. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend Hotel Elite Peak to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

I like the place very much with a lot of parking space, not so much noise pollution and other activities going around. I personally like the service and a lot of safety around. Most importantly is their enough space for reception , wedding, haldi amd pooja around 250-300 people can attend the function on each floor. Things that I dont likes are less staff comparing to their work . Secondly,there is no water supply on third floor washrooms. Lastly, the room I stayed in was 201 and you cannot close the washroom door. Pls fix it.
