This hotel is a joke in the name of a hotel. It's office space converted to rooms. You have to walk up a flight of 44 steps to get to the floor where the rooms are. There is literally a small table in the name of a reception desk. The rooms have zero ventilation and the service is extremely poor. Cable TV does not work and when a complaint is raised at the reception, nothing is done about it. They took about 45 min to get a pair of scissors. Breakfast is cold and horrible. They even charge for a bottle of water in the room. We only stayed for a night so somehow managed but I would never stay at this hotel ever again. The worst experience at a hotel or rather at a cheap dorm pretending to be a hotel!

Pathetic experience, had a booking there and just before we were about to reach hotel and told us they are overbooked and won't be able to give us room!!! Seriously!! On top of that they said they won't cancel the booking and I need to do that. What the heck!!! For me it was a non refundable booking and if I would cancel that would be on me. but they didn't do anything. Never ever would be going to this hotel again.
