They scammed by providing cab service to you.. Never book cab from them they charged 3x times from outside rate Along with it there is no service provided by them.No cleaning,no water . Just just want to book taxi from them. If you're planning to stay there take water with you they'll not ask you for water . Never stay there

They scammed us with cab , we requested them to reduce our rates as we had to cancel our Ranikhet tour, but manager told us we need to pay whole money unnecessarily, already their can was overpriced. My husband and I had to face a lot of trouble, both of us are not comfortable with any feud hence we paid him. Nainital was such a good place but this scamming made our trip bad .
