Pathetic is the word. It is located in an isolated place with no amenities in close proximity . What i saw in photos and what i observed after reaching there was very different . Basic amenities like room heater is also not there..I don’t understand how it is reflected as 3 star property. It’s not anywhere close to even minimum rating . . I immediately returned from the hotel without considering it for checkin even at the cost of no refund as couldn’t consider staying there . What I perceived and what i observed was an utter shock for me .

Please remove the category mentioned as ‘3 star’. The facility provided doesn’t look like a star hotel. So it is confusing people and it is just a normal hotel and rooms suitable only for quick fresh-up and not for a relaxed stay and looking for premium facilities. And area situated also not good.

I had no other option but to book this at 11th hour, as I was returning from Manali to Chandigarh, while.my flight was at next day morning 6.20 AM, Booked this hotel on the way driving to reach at 8 PM, prior night. Except to sleep for a night and to reach the airport, airport reachable just in 10 minutes, this hotel is not worth the money. Risky hotel with bad service levels. They did not even give drinking water while we checked-in, or the pillow for the 3rd guest, necessary bedsheets. They charged a high amount of 3000/- night. The Geyecer did not work. The kettle is very dangerous with joints and taps. Even if someone opens a door of another room, windows makes a noise, as the building seems to have built on a half a ground plot. Will not advise for a day stay, except for the night sleep to catch a flight.

Dingy, unclean rooms for a 3 star hotel. The manager is unethical. When I first checked he had deluxe room available, I reached the venue within 10mins and it got booked, we were forced to buy the superior room as we couldn't go anywhere since it was midnight and we have no mode of commute available at that point. As per the manager, only 1 room was available. When I asked to check the room allocated to us, it was untidy. I asked him to lower the price as the room wasn't at par with the price in terms of cleanliness, he asked us to leave. I reiterated about the hygiene factor and suddenly the entire 3rd floor rooms were availble for us to choose from 😑 Super unethical behaviour, very costly, and very untidy.
