We had lunch at G Square, 1st floor on 26th Jan 2024. The service of the restaurant was worst. It took 40 mins for staff to take order after repeated calling. Then there were wrong items where served (Instead of roasted masala papad they served fried one) and it took 20 mins for them to get one for basic masala papad. Breads were served 1st and curry’s was served after 10 mins which led to all breads getting cold. The dal was served after 1st roti was finished. Even after clearing mentioning to the get the dal along with curry. I mentioned this case to food managers and G square hotel reception. But looking at their attitude it looked they just don’t care. They mentioned sorry, stating the staff was less but when we saw the ground floor restaurant there was sufficient staff and customers were coming. I wanted to speak to owner. But they denied stating they don’t have number. How can so many things get wrong ?

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! It couldn't have been more conveniently located, right across from the Shirdi temple. The fact that they serve only Pure Veg food was perfect for me, and the Thali I had was absolutely delicious. What impressed me even more was their thoughtful amenities. They have their own basement parking, which made it very convenient to park my vehicle. Additionally, there was ample free space behind the hotel for parking as well. The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. The service quality in the room was outstanding; everything was well-maintained and clean. One of the highlights was how close the hotel was to the temple. It literally took just a few steps to cross the road and be inside the temple premises. I could even hear the aarti sound from my room, which added to the spiritual experience, especially in the evening. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant, and I would definitely rate it 5/5. It made my visit to Shirdi even more special, and I would highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the temple.

Excellent place to stay. Super neat and clean, and very comfortable. Their connected quadruple room was wonderful and worth for a couple plus kids. With multiple cuisines available in the in house restaurants and ones adjacent to, its very convenient. Best part, its on the main road, bang opposite the Sai Baba Temple.

We had booked for a Family room. This was the second time we booked the same property seeing the photos with some improvement in the reception area and some standard rooms we thought of booking for the 2nd time but I think the Family rooms are still left out and there were no changes . And this time to be honest we had a terrible stay . The condition of the rooms was horrible. During our 2 days stay we had to deal with all these creatures – lights were blinking , Lizard in the room , Mosquitoes in the washroom during night time & Ants . Telephone was not working , Washrooms stuff - bucket and taps were rusted and spoilt. The charges what they are charging is not that economical that guests had to deal with all these issues. This was the last stay for us and I want this comment be read by the management of the hotel for the improvement if in case they are planning . The only positive point is that its near to temple .

Hotel is located opposite to the Sai Baba temple, which is why they seem to charge a premium in terms of cost. Rooms seem to have seen better days, it seems old and in need of maintenance. The room I was in had a mold on wall, shower head was not working and pillows seemed really old and unhygienic. The hotel staff were good and attained to all requests. Front desk executive was also very attentive and helpful.
