I visited there to celebrate my birthday and found it good and suitable place to stay with. Being nearer to bus stand, many people have the access of an affordable and good hotel. Staff is good and polite, fold options are nice, they have an inhouse restaurant and banquet also to have small or big get together. Though Breakfast options are quite limited but have needed things in the menu. Recommended!

This Hotel is the first ever option to stay when you land at the Biggest Bus Station in the city. Nice Rooms with windows, here, you have multiple options for food, you may enjoy Hotel's food but if you do not wish you may enjoy KFC also which is just 2-3 floor down to your room.

Worst experience......"oonchi dukaan pheeka pakwan" Rooms were full of bad smell..... although location is gud......but it's not worthy of even single star....even u will get the gud hotels other than civil lines or else I say that they charge for five star but hotel is like 🤢 Crockery is broken.... kettle is broken...u will get drinking water when you will ask for it.....even buckets were broken.

Very very bad experience. I have done a booking today and due to bad weather i was not able to reach to hotel and contacted hotel for refund and speak to manager Named Ali But they told very clearly they will not refund as per policy this is very disappointing. They are taking people money behind there so called policy within 3 hours they are not refunding i have not check in also. Please dont book this hotel this is the worst hotel with very unprofessional and greedy staff specially general manager Ali. They took my money even i didnt check in to hotel. Even though cleartrip is ready to refund the amount but they cannot processed without hotel confirmation. This hotel is very cheap and greedy they take people money.
