After coming to Ajmer, I experienced two to three hotels but no other hotel had as good an experience as Ganpati Hotel it is a very good hotel. They are very polite people. The staff is very nice. The cleanliness is very good. The room is very nice.

I was traveling all by my self over here and the staff was disturbed me in last 2 days across 10-12 times . 1 st it's shows 600₹ in Oyo then the say we don't consider it ,so 750₹/day I have paid . Check out timing is 11 am since morning 9 am the staff was forcing me to check out and send staff in my room like 3-5 times and asking me to have words the guy on call and he made me scream and my helath was not so good the were aware still the all did it and arguing and saying it check out time is 10 am u have to vacant the room after all this when I call in front office and ask to have words with hotel GM OR OWN. The front office guy just dine it and said it's not our issue if you r not well or so on and clearly cut the call in my face and when I call back the are saying the duty is changed . So as a single female traveler this place is not at all safe ,the staff will treat u badly and try to push u down cause u r alone .

The hotel is perfect, the washroom is clean and the staff is Well mannered in behavior. We are from Delhi. The price is affordable.

I had really a very bad experience at this hotel during my stay. I booked this hotel from goibibo at very low rate. When I reached there they refuesd to give rooms and was arguing that the room rate was given by OYO and its not our rate. They were taking to OYO customer care and said until they get the good price they will not give rooms to me. After arguing they gave me one big family room but it was not properly clean. Many things were broken. Bathroom tap was broken. I will advise not to book this one. TV was not working. Flush was broken.
