Very pathetic approach by reception person. We requested to allow us to meet our guest who booked room in hotel. But he denied and abused us. He shouted Gali to aunti and wife then went away. Pathetic hotel and service too. How Make my trip can partnered with them.

These people take bookings . When they receive direct on hotel booking they cancel online booking on the spot, this was my case ,we were left stranded looking for hotel nearby at midnight 1am ,since our booking with gateway inn as they suddenly cancelled bcoz they got higher price they didnt hold our booking..so greedy people.. please don't Book with gateway inn!!! They will not consider your online booking if they get someone offering higher prices.. very risky and dangerous to roam looking for hotel in the midnight..so please don't Book in Gateway in !!!!

Rooms are very dirty. When I asked to change it that time receptionist guy was very rude. His behaviour was very disrespectful towards me. I would recommend to not visit this hotel. Service and rooms both are very bad.
