Washrooms are not upto the mark. It's my 2nd visit but service and washrooms are not upto the mark and hotel is very old.

Very disappointing experience. Not well maintained property overall. Insufficient parking and the guest is compelled to park on the main highway. Rooms not spacy. Lack of natural ventilation Staff is least concerned about the guest. Totally ineffective AC . Washroom does not have proper exhaust ; which is unhealthy for all. Lift was non-working for long hours. Imagine how a senior citizen or physically challenged shall manage to reach the room even if it is on 1st floor. Casual attitude of the staff. Irresponsible staff encountered.
