Hotel Golden Palace in Puri provided us with an exceptional stay. The hotel’s attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. The rooms were beautifully furnished and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay here again

While the food was good and rooms were big enough, absolutely didn’t like their service. Mind you, their menus in the restaurant are misleading, cross check on the prices before you order - we ordered 4 soft drinks and as per menu it was a certain price and we were charged separately due to the fact they didn’t have it and it was not informed to us. Location wise, it’s a bit far from the main Puri Beach and gets pretty dark outside in the night, otherwise a very clean beach outside and a pretty good hotel except the hospitality.
