The best budget hotel very close to the textile market and the main bazar also. Everything is up to the mark. What they give at that reasonable price is just amazing and also the complimentary breakfast with a lot of variety. A must stay place for everyone.

had the worst experience with the service of this hotel,i pre booked my room and when i arrived at the hotel in morning 5 am hotels lift wasnt coming,i went to the hotel using different lift,there the staff asked me to go back to the ground level and take the hotel lift and then come back because they cant open their gates as they dont have the keys,after 1 minute they managed to open the gates and let me in. i called for the manager but the person sitting there called himself the manager and was so arrogant and rude,i asked his name but he wasnt willing to even tell his name, later he told me he is mr DINESH.. arrogance and rudeness cant be entertained in hotel business,wont ever go this place and wont ever suggest anyone to be here..

This is one of the budget hotels located in the most happening area of Surat near Linear Bus Stand and the flyover. It is a matter of great comfort that in such a dense area also the hotel has dedicated parking at free of cost, in the basement of the building. The hotel is situated on 4th & 5th Floor and has many rooms. The hotel has mainly three categories of rooms Economy, Executive and Delulxe. The hotel has transparent and professional management with focus on customer needs. The staff is polite and well trained. The hotel serves in room snacks, breakfast and food. Overall cleanliness and tidiness is well appreciable. If you are looking for budget accommodation with ethically sound people and value for money services, this is the hotel for you.

The plus is the hotel is quite near to the railway station and offered complimentry breakfast. The hotel is located inside a commercial building. Its a budget hotel but found the room to be on expensive side comparing the room size which they called as deluxe but was very small. The room could just fit one double bed with no place for an extra chair. The cost per night was rs. 1800 + gst (around rs.2000) for 2 person which makes it expensive for the room size/service.
