Good location, near Miramar beach. Not on the main road but in a peaceful location. The rooms are good and well attended. Service is good. Parking is for a few 4 wheelers. Good breakfast. Close to Mandovi river walkway.

Fraud Hotel room booked for rs 3500 and advance sent on bank information sent by Suman Das (rs 2000). He then tricked me into sending 50k more by saying that's how it's done, he will refund all the money. Even after requesting multiple times and calling multiple times, I didn't receive my refund. It's a huge trap.

This is an old run down establishment but kept clean by the dedicated housekeeping staff led by Girija. The reception executive, however, does everything to make your stay uncomfortable - she’ll not get the room cleaned, not give you fresh towels, will not show you a choice of rooms, will forget to get you a newspaper. Overall, way too overpriced for the kind of hotel it is. Will not recommend.
