Pros 1. In heart of Karnal model town and easy access to the prime locations. 2. Budget friendly. Cons 1. Take advantage of the situation to charge extra from the customers and staff is over smart to deal with customers. 2. Need to improve basic amenities that should provide in the hotel. 3. No adjustment from even owner and not giving keys of other room if room is already booked for my guests and treat like us nothing. 5. No trust on customer if room is extended and asked for payment if we are staying from 2 days . 6. Some rooms AC need to be changed as in 2 rooms ac stop working during stay and staff take i casually that no room is available. Suggestions Need to improve basic amenities and improve staff behaviour towards customer also.

I am very happy with the service of the hotel, and their way of talking was also very good, I went with family in July 2023 for one of my exams. I am also satisfied with the room price. I am also satisfied with the room price, because most places in Karnal are very expensive hotels while room service and room are all the same.

Asking 12%gst + 20% commission total 32% extra charges will be pay if you come hear..... Are you sure you want to come hear & pay extra money..

We stayed on 24th April 2021 and it was the worst experience of our life, I don't think they have ever even washed their bed sheets and I don't think even their staff ever takes batch, everything was disgusting, worst than worst, no words can explain their disgusting cleanliness and disgusting quality. It is better to sleep in park or in temple than sleeping in this filthy place
