I had a delightful experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a cosy ambience. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards was evident throughout. The room service was prompt and efficient. The staff was courteous, always ready to assist with a friendly demeanor. Whether it was addressing requests or providing local recommendations, their professionalism and hospitality were noteworthy. The hotel's commitment to hygiene and sanitation was impressive. I felt reassured by the visible efforts taken to ensure a safe and clean environment. Overall, my stay at Hotel Grand Amba was a pleasant one, combining comfort, excellent room service, friendly staff, and a commitment to hygiene. I would highly recommend it to fellow travellers.

The hotel is so good, Even service is So good and the food is awesome, It needs to be improved the room decoration or Room Type. As per Hotel service and View of Hotel. Room is not maching or full fill its Look. Over All Room Is Good but as per Hotel Look It's need Improvement or More Sexy Look.

My recent experience at Hotel Grand Amba was unfortunately disappointing. The poor service left much to be desired, as I encountered long wait times, inattentive staff, and a lack of courtesy. To make matters worse, the food portions served were notably small, leaving me unsatisfied and hungry after the meal. It's disheartening when you expect a pleasant dining experience and receive subpar service and inadequate food portions. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements to ensure a better dining experience for their guests in the future.
