Hotel is charging hefty price for everything. Rooms are very small as compared to seen on the sites. They charge triple amount for everything may it be food or water.

The experience was really poor. We booked late in the evening. Nobody came to help with the luggage or even open the big entrance door so my wife could push in the big suitcase. 1) The rooms were titled super deluxe, deluxe suite etc with suite costing double but the only difference in the two rooms was a low cost bathtub cramped inside the washroom. 2) There were no chairs or table inside the room so customers eat on the bed staining the bedsheets etc which despite requests the staff couldn't replace. 3) The rooms were very adjacent to each other & the sound proofing was so bad that the outside noise(people talking, television etc) could be clearly heard inside. The other customers were loud & had their doors open so I couldn't get any sleep till 3 am. I was angry but didn't want an altercation. 4) The bathroom was not that clean and somebody had smoked a cigarette at the pot and the Ash was just lying on the floor. The good part was that the hotel was new, nicely lit, with no water/electrical issues. Rooms had centralised AC vents in the room + washroom with easy controls on the wall. I wouldn't recommend. Much better options are available at the same price. Search for them.

The hotel was very tidy and clean and seemed decent. The rooms were clean with fresh sheets and towels and the staff helped us check in at 2am without any prior booking and helped in offering rooms in a very short time.

Hotel Grand Girdhar 🏨 is an average 2 star ⭐ ⭐ hotel with very CONGESTED ROOMS. The windows in their room can not be opened and there is NO VENTILATION in bathroom as well. So the rooms are suffocating with no view. I would not personally recommend this hotel for few days trip. The only pro of this hotel is it's location 📍. Its located very near to Bombay Hospital. So if you want to stay at Mahalaxmi Nagar for a few hours, you can stay here. Otherwise, I wouldn't really recommend it.
